David Dischley focuses his practice on representing individuals in criminal cases and government investigations. David also represents small business clients in commercial litigation.

Before starting his law office, David worked at one of Northern Virginia’s preeminent boutique litigation firm – Bose Law Firm, PLLC. David also worked as a prosecutor in two Northern Virginia jurisdictions – Loudoun and Fauquier County Commonwealth Attorney’s Offices.

David serves as a legal advisor to a local municipal police department and has written on a number topics related to Virginia criminal offenses. David was profiled in the New York Times Business Section in December 2011 (link here)

David is an experienced trial attorney and has been recognized by the National Trial Lawyers Association – Top 100, SuperLawyers Rising Stars (2014),and is a member of the National College of DUI Defense. David focuses a majority of his practice on the zealous defense of individuals charged with criminal offenses throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. The results that David is able to achieve are unprecedented and are based on his ability to laser focus on the issues in the case.

David enlisted in the United States Marine Corps weeks after graduating from High School. David served with the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit in Okinawa, Japan and, upon his return to the states, was stationed at Quantico, Virginia. David was promoted to the rank of Corporal. While stationed at Quantico, David started attending Northern Virginia Community College; working on his Associates in Applied Science in Administration of Justice. David graduated cum laude from Northern Virginia Community College on the same day he exited the Marine Corps.

Dischley7David is a graduate of George Mason University, with distinction, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration of Justice and from George Mason’s School of Law where he was a member of the school’s Trial Advocacy Association; competing in trial competitions amongst other law schools. David has worked as a Uniformed Protective Officer for the Department of State, as a National Repeater Control Center Technician with XM Satellite Radio, as an Assistant Commonwealth Attorney for Loudoun County and Fauquier County (Prosecutor),and has held positions advising law enforcement and intelligence organizations regarding counter narcotics operations overseas.

David provides legal services to law enforcement officers that are members of the Southern States Patrolman Benevolent Associations. David is licensed to practice law in all Virginia courts, including the Federal District Courts of the Eastern and Western Districts.
