Imagine: 2 DUIs in 2 years, (for a total of 3), and 2 DIPs while on probation for aforementioned DUIs. Outlook = not good. I was sentenced to jail time and license suspension for 3 years; however, Mr. Dischley advised me to appeal the judgment, which I did. Thanks to COVID and my probation violations, the proceedings were drawn out over a 2-year period. I had to appear in 2 different county courts multiple times, and his partner, Attorney Patrick O'Brien, also represented me in court a few times.
