Attorneys
David J. Dischley is an Award-Winning Criminal Defense Attorney who was profiled by The NY Times. He has over 10 years of experience as a Northern Virginia Criminal Defense lawyer. Attorney Dischley is a graduate of the Antonin Scalia School of Law. He has served as a prosecutor in two Northern Virginia jurisdictions, worked on counternarcotics and anti-money laundering issues with the Intelligence Community, and worked as a Uniformed Officer with the Department of State, Bureau of Diplomatic Security. Additionally, Attorney Dischley served in the United States Marine Corps.
Sean A. Sherlock is a graduate of American University’s Washington College of Law. He joined Dischley Law after spending 5 years as a prosecutor in the City of Alexandria. Sean specializes in Juvenile, Family Abuse, and serious felony cases throughout Northern Virginia.

Patrick T. O’Brien is a legal powerhouse in Northern Virginia and brings 10 years of prosecutorial experience to the table. Attorney O’Brien served as a prosecutor in Lynchburg and Alexandria. This experience gives him a wide breadth of understanding of Courts throughout Virginia. A former white-collar prosecutor and drug prosecutor who has keen insight on the inner workings of the Police which he leverages to help his clients charged with Criminal Offenses.
